Document count × average pages gives estimated document pages. Each other file adds the review time of 5 document pages.
- Document pages take about 0.67 review minutes per page, based on 357 tokens per page and 1.87 minutes per 1,000 tokens.
- Standalone audio uses 1.25 review minutes per minute of audio.
- Video uses 1.5 review minutes per minute of video.
- Standalone photos use 0.5 review minutes per photo.
Each recording type uses the combined duration from its hours and minutes fields. Review minutes are rounded by record type, converted to hours, and combined with any extra time you enter. Hours are displayed to two decimal places, so individual rows can differ slightly from the total when added. Estimated staff cost uses your hourly rate and the total before display rounding. Allow separately for legal review and any other work outside these inputs.
